1. How do I order?
- Step (1): Sign up for free account. 
- Step (2): Sign in to our system. 
- Step (3): Add your favorite items into shopping cart from the catalog. 
- Step (4): When finished your shopping, press "Checkout". Choose the payment type, shipping methods.
- Step (5): We will calculate the shipping cost and send you an invoice. 
- Step (6): Once received your payment, we will immediately arrange and send out your goods.
 
2. What are your order processing procedures?
- Step (1): Orders received. 
- Step (2): Product arrangement - 1-2 working days needed for quality check and packaging. 
This applies for most products - please look at each item detail to see final shipping time.
- Step (3): Shipment sent out via DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, Truck or your own way. 
- Step (4): Tracking number displayed on order details of your order history in "Account Management" 
(usually the third day).
- Step (5): Refund the balance to your account A: the final shipping cost is less than you have paid 
B: out of stock items balance (usually the fourth day) .
 
 
3. How long to receive my goods?
It is depends on the shipping methods. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. By air,
 North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 3-4 days of the shipped date.
All other destination will usually be delivered within 3-6 days of the shipped date.
-Note: we use express shipping services for reliability, safety, and speed.
 
 
4. How much is shipping cost to my country?
We have listed the shipping cost to all countries. Estimated weight of summer items is 0.3k, 
winter items are 0.6-1k. You can have a rough idea of how much shipping cost would be. You will see
the accurate shipping cost upon checking out your order before payment time.
Our shipping cost is open to all clients in the world. If the final weight is less than what we quoted you, 
we will refund that difference to you. Shipping costs are adjusted every month as per fuel rate
changes. If your order quantity is large, the shipping cost is much better as it is eligible for many discounts -

5. Can you check the stock availability for me before I pay?
We have sizable number of orders daily - the stock information is changeable and unstable every minute.
 At the moment, our sale representative gives you availability quote that number might
change immediately as well. Overall we will try our best to show accurate the stock information on site catalog.
 If in case there are some styles out of stock, we will refund the balance with shipping 
cost to you. (You need to check the order details the 4th day after order payment).
 
6. Is display price wholesale price?
Some display prices on site are of wholesale without shipping cost. Rule of thumb is the more quantity you have,
 the less charge will apply as your order will be eligible for discounts - please visit 
shipping cost for more detail.
 
7. Why the price is so low?
Because we sell with the factory price, even your order quantity is low, we sell to hundreds of wholesalers
 around the world, so we can offer you with that price.
 
8. How often do you update the catalog?
We update our online catalog every day for new styles. We aim to improve this rate as much as 
possible to serve you better.
 
9. Does Gittu Corporation accepts OEM order?
Yes, we can produce the clothes per your designs. The MOQ is 100pc to 200pc per style per color.

10. What if the products are defective - Can I return for refund?
We accept returns for exchange or refund request for the following reasons: 1. shipping errors 
2. Damaged goods. We do not accept returns like personal reasons; such as, size, look, material, etc.
Unlike other factories or wholesalers, you can easily return items to our local agent office at your country.
 Usually, if you order from other companies, you have to return to China and shipping cost
is more than the products cost. But with us, you don’t have that kind of problem and whatever 
issues you have, you can discuss with local agent.
 
11. If my country needs Certificate of Origin (CO), can you provide me them a large order?
Yes, we can apply the Certificate of Origin (CO) for you. Though it might take us some trips and time
 to apply, but we will provide free charge of travel cost. For the CO specifically, the authority office
charges $25.00.
 
12. Can you apply the Export License Certificate for me?
No, you don't need Export License because new rule said all countries in the world importing clothes
 from china do not need to offer the Export License. They only need to provide CO of the cost at 
US$25. This new trade policy started since 2009.
 
13. What payment ways can I use?
You can pay directly via Google Checkout, Paypal, Alipay with visa, master card, American Express.
 If you want to pay other ways; such as, Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
Both of them are acceptable methods by us - please kindly contact us for further information.
 
14. What does "free" size mean?
"Free" size means fit for standard body to wear. In general, it fits for bust 32-34(82cm-87cm).
 
15. Is it safe to order from our website?
Yes, our website is secure with trusted SSL Company and all your data is safe and secure.
 Plus, we have local office in your country, if you have any issues with your orders; you can call us anytime,
to local office or corporate office.
 
16. How can I determine the quality of the products?
Some products are original products with original tags & labels directly from factories. 
Some are replica design with tag & labels. We have QC quality control department and we strictly check the 
products before we ship out to you.
 
17. Is the price guarantee lowest factory price?
Yes it is. We carefully pick the partner factories and also we have our own factory. 
Quality and price are guarantee. But, Please note, what you pay is what you get. If you like the design and want
a higher quality or lower quality, please contact us for the quote.
 
18. Can I partner with your company, for (factory or Country Representative?) 
Yes, we welcome to all the factories and Representative around the world.
 
19. Why I cannot order some products for my country?
Some products cannot sell to your country because of some wholesalers in your country buy out some
 particular design from us. If you want those designs, please contact us and we will provide
you the wholesaler contact information.
 
20. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
Yes, our minimum order is 10 pieces, no limit on order quantity per style; please feel free to mix sizes if applicable.
As to protect our wholesaler customer by not letting consumers directly purchase from us, our mechanism
 has set a minimum of 10 pcs per order.
